We offer a 30-day return policy from the order date. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds apply to the product value only and exclude shipping costs.

Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)prior to shipment. For products with lead time, a30% depositis required, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.
Can I pay in RMB through a local agent in China?
Yes. If you work with a local agent in China, RMB payment arrangements can be made upon request.
