Installation Guidelines (Field Engineer Notes)

Mounting: Thread sensor into M10x1 hole. Recommended torque 5 N·m. Ensure minimum shaft diameter of 25mm for accurate measurement.

Gap Setting: Initial air gap is 0.5mm. Use appropriate spacer or gauge block for gap setting. Verify gap with dial indicator.

Cable Routing: Armored cable requires minimum bend radius of 50mm. Route away from high-voltage cables. Secure cable with clamps every 300mm.

Hazardous Area Installation: Sensor temperature classification depends on converter. Refer to converter documentation for area classification. Do not exceed T6, T4, or T3 max ambient temperatures.
