The Honeywell SDW-550 is a five port 10/100Base industrial Ethernet switch manufactured by Westermo. It enables communication between USI-0002 modules in the Control Processor and field devices, providing galvanic isolation and robust network segmentation.

Installation Guide

Mount the SDW-550 on a standard DIN rail. Ensure 55 mm rail length with 10 mm free space at each end. Connect ports 1, 2 and 3 to field devices and ports 4 and 5 to the CP backplane. Power via 12V 48V DC supply. Observe polarity on the 24Vdc power connector.
