Installation Guidelines (Field Engineer Notes)

Chassis Installation: Insert module into any available slot in Series 90-30 rack. Power off before insertion. Secure with captive screws to 0.6 N·m.

Wiring: Connect 120V AC field devices to input terminals. Use 14-22 AWG wire. Torque terminal screws to 0.56 N·m.

Isolation Check: The module provides 1500V RMS isolation. No additional isolation required for standard applications.

Voltage Verification: Verify 70-132V AC between input and common for On-State. Off-State voltage must be below 20V AC.

A1. The minimum On-State current is 5 mA. If field device current drops below this, the module may not detect the input.
