Ordering Code Breakdown
3500/25-01-01-02
A:01 – Single half-height 2-channel Keyphasor card.
B:01 – I/O module with Internal Terminations.
C:02 – ATEX/IECEx/CSA (Class 1 Zone 2) approval.
Installation Notes
Install in half-height front slot using mounting adapter. I/O module occupies corresponding full-height rear slot. For hazardous area installation, follow control drawing 149243 or 149244. Configure trigger threshold (auto or manual) and hysteresis per application. Use Internal Terminations (B:01) for standard proximity probe applications.
Engineering Advantages
ATEX/IECEx/CSA Class 1 Zone 2 certification enables installation in hazardous areas. Supports up to eight Keyphasor signals in paired configuration. Expanded frequency range handles multi-event-per-turn inputs up to 20 kHz. Direct replacement for legacy 125792-01 modules. Buffered outputs at front and rear simplify external diagnostics. Field-upgradeable firmware protects investment.
