Rack Mounting: Secure rack using all mounting holes. Use M6 bolts with 8 N·m torque. Ensure rack is grounded to the panel earth ground before installing modules.
Module Installation: Insert modules into designated slots from left to right. Push firmly until latches engage. Do not force modules into incorrect slots.
Power Supply Check: Install at least one 3500/15 power supply in the leftmost slots. Verify input voltage matches supply rating before energizing.
Cable Management: Route I/O cables through bottom or side entries. Maintain 50mm separation from power cables to prevent EMI.
