Thread the probe into the mounting hole using M10×1 thread. Gap the probe at 1.27 mm (50 mils) to an AISI 4140 steel target. Connect the ClickLoc connector with finger-tight torque. Ensure the armored cable maintains minimum bend radius. Verify probe DC resistance of 7.59Ω ± 0.50Ω before start-up. Install per hazardous location requirements for CSA, ATEX, and IECEx.
