Built in the USA with an AISI 304 stainless steel case, this unarmored sensor model features 1/2-20 UNF threads, zero unthreaded length, a 2.4-inch overall case length, and an extended 9.0-meter (29.5 feet) FEP-insulated 75 Ω triaxial cable terminated with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector. Weighing approximately 0.17 kg (0.37 lbs), it features a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) molded probe tip, internal Viton® O-ring differential pressure sealing, and multiple agency hazardous location approvals (05 option).

- Mechanical Installation: Thread the 2.4-inch case into the machine housing up to a maximum thread engagement length of 0.750 inches (19 mm). Tighten the case to the recommended installation torque of 15.2 N•m (133 in•lb), staying below the 45.2 N•m (400 in•lb) maximum rating.
- Cable Routing & Handling: Route the 9.0-meter unarmored cable through protective conduit while maintaining a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in). Avoid exposing the probe to temperatures below -34°C (-30°F) to prevent pressure seal damage.
- Connector Connection: Secure the ClickLoc coaxial connector finger tight to the mating extension cable, ensuring maximum connection torque does not exceed 0.565 N•m (5 in•lb).
