Installation Guidelines (Field Engineer Notes)
Power Wiring: Connect 3-phase 400V AC input to L1, L2, L3 terminals. Use 2.5 mm² minimum wire gauge. Torque terminals to 0.8 N·m. Verify phase rotation before energizing.
Control Mode Selection: For open-loop operation, DIP switch 1 must be OFF. For closed-loop, switch 1 ON and connect external feedback signal to terminals 5-6. Do not change mode while powered.
RS-485 Wiring: Use shielded twisted pair cable. Connect A to terminal 8, B to terminal 9. Ground the shield at the master device only. Terminate last device on the network with 120Ω resistor.
Output Protection: Install an external fast-acting fuse (4A, 500V DC rated) in series with the output. The module does not have internal output short-circuit protection.
