Installation Guidelines (Field Engineer Notes)

DIN Rail Mounting: Snap the module onto standard 35mm DIN rail. Ensure locking clip engages fully. Remove by pulling down the locking clip.

Power Connection: Connect 24V DC supply to power terminals. Use 1.5 mm² minimum wire. Torque terminals to 0.5 N·m. Verify polarity before energizing.

Output Wiring: Connect load devices to output channels. Each channel supports 200mA maximum. Do not exceed total module current rating.

Temperature Management: Ensure adequate clearance for airflow. Do not exceed 60°C operating temperature.
