FAQ

Q1: What is the upgrade sequence from RIM to TDI?
A1: Remove RIM first. Remove RIM I/O. Insert TDI I/O. Insert TDI. Leaving RIM I/O installed will damage new TDI.

Q2: What is the maximum Ethernet cable length?
A2: 100 meters (328 feet) for 10Base-T/100Base-TX using Category 5 shielded cable. USB cable max is 5 meters.

Q3: What data collection modes are supported?
A3: Static data capture is standard. Dynamic and transient data require Channel Enabling Disk. Supports 48 channels of waveform collection with user configurable sampling rates.
