Installation & Wiring Guide

DC Wiring: Connect DC positive to + terminal, negative to - terminal. Use 14-16 AWG copper wire. Torque terminals to 0.5 Nm. Verify voltage between 88-140 V DC before energizing. Under-voltage does not damage module; over-voltage opens internal PIM fuse.

Hazardous Area Installation: For Class 1 Zone 2 installations, use appropriately rated cable glands and seals. Ensure rack ground connection to plant earth. Follow ATEX IECEx installation requirements for area classification.

Redundancy Test: Both supplies operate in parallel. Remove one supply to verify other powers full rack load. Supply OK LED indicates proper operation.
