Product Overview
The Bently Nevada 330905-05-13-05-01-05 is a high-precision 3300 NSv (Narrow Side View) proximity probe weighing approximately 0.14 kg (0.31 lbs). Designed for tight-clearance machinery vibration measurements, it features an M10x1 thread, a 50 mm unthreaded section, a 130 mm case, a 0.5-meter cable with a ClickLoc connector, and Multiple Agency Approvals for hazardous industrial environments.
Core Features
- Narrow Side View (NSv) Design: Optimized for small target areas and counterbores to prevent side-wall interference.
- Multiple Agency Approvals (-05): Certified for hazardous location safety in critical industrial plants.
- High Chemical Resistance: Enhanced PPS tip and Viton O-ring construction withstand tough process compressor environments.
- ClickLoc Connector Boot: Equipped with a protective boot over the coaxial connector to lock out moisture and dirt.

Engineering & Installation Guide
- Gap Setting: Mount the lightweight 0.14 kg probe into an M10x1 tap and set the recommended mechanical gap to 1.0 mm (40 mils) / ~-9V DC.
- Torque Limits: Tighten the M10x1 probe case to a recommended mounting torque of 7.5 N·m (66 in·lb); do not exceed 22.6 N·m (200 in·lb). Tighten coaxial connectors finger-tight (max 0.56 N·m / 5 in·lb).
- Connector Boot: Slide the protective boot completely over the ClickLoc joint to shield against industrial fluids.
- Bend Radius: Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in). Never cut or trim the 0.5 m FEP coaxial cable.
