Power Connection: Connect redundant 24V DC inputs to terminals. Use 2.5 mm² minimum wire. Module includes 15V 3A power cord. Verify both inputs for redundancy.

Network Configuration: Assign IP addresses for UDH control, I/O, and dual tracking networks. Use separate subnets for each network. Configure redundant network interfaces.

Serial I/O Bus: Each bus supports up to 12 Nexus I/O modules at 1Mbps. Terminate bus ends with 120Ω resistors. Maximum total modules is 48.

QNX Configuration: Operating system pre-installed. Application deployment via Ethernet. Use secure shell for remote access.
