Torque Limits: For the 3/8-24 probe case installation, the recommended tightening torque is 11.3 N·m (100 in·lb), with a maximum rated limit of 33.9 N·m (300 in·lb). Ensure maximum thread engagement does not exceed 0.563 inches. For connector-to-connector setup, use finger-tight or a maximum of 0.56 N·m (5 in·lb).
Physical Constraints: Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) to prevent internal short circuits. The target area diameter must meet a absolute minimum of 8.9 mm (0.35 in), though 13 mm (0.5 in) is highly recommended to protect the integrity of the scale factor.
