Thread the probe into the mounting hole with M10 x 1 thread. Gap the probe at 1.27 mm (50 mils) to AISI 4140 steel target for optimal linear range. Connect the ClickLoc connector with finger-tight torque. Ensure the armored cable maintains minimum bend radius. Verify probe DC resistance of 7.59Ω ± 0.50Ω before system start-up.
