Installation Notes

Install the power supply in a Flex I/O system panel. Use 0.34-2.5 mm² (22-12 AWG) solid or stranded copper wire with 75 °C or higher insulation rating. Apply 0.8 N·m (7 lbs-in) torque to terminal connections. The power indicator turns green when output voltage is between 20.4 and 28 VDC. The unit remains off when no power is applied, output exceeds 35 VDC, or overvoltage protection shuts down the unit. Supports daisy chaining to power multiple adapters. Maintain operating temperature between 0 and 55 °C.
