Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging intact, including labels and accessories

  • No signs of damage, modification, or tampering

Products that have been installed, customized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Customers must contact us with the order number, product details, and reason for return before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Software, licenses, or digital products

  • Items sold as “used”, “refurbished”, or “as-is”

  • Electrical components damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds cover product value only

  • Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5–10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error or product defect. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for verification. We will arrange an appropriate solution once confirmed.
