Install two BMEH582040C modules in the M580 rack, setting processor IDs to A and B respectively. Connect the Ethernet HSBY cable between the two modules. Attach service and device network Ethernet cables. Insert the 4GB flash memory card in each processor. Configure redundancy parameters in the software. Verify PRIM and STBY LEDs indicate correct role assignment and the Hsby Diag LED shows link health.
