The Bently Nevada 330101-00-28-90-02-00 is a high-performance 3300 XL Series 8 mm eddy current proximity probe designed for continuous shaft vibration, thrust position, and speed monitoring in critical machinery. Featuring a 3/8-24 UNF fully-threaded body with 0.0 inches unthreaded length and a 2.8-inch (71 mm) overall case length, this sensor is built with an integrated 9.0-meter (29.5 feet) standard coaxial cable terminated with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc™ connector and connector protector. Installation & Torque Guidelines

Mechanical Installation: Thread the probe into a tapped 3/8-24 UNF housing opening. Apply the recommended installation torque of 7.3 N•m (65 in•lb), taking care not to exceed the maximum rated torque limit of 12.5 N•m (110 in•lb). Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) to prevent internal coaxial conductor fatigue.
Gap Calibration & Connection: Set the initial probe gap to 1.0 mm (40 mils) from the shaft target to establish the nominal -10 Vdc voltage center point. Fasten the ClickLoc connector finger-tight (do not exceed 0.56 N•m / 5 in•lb) and secure the protective sleeve to prevent environmental corrosion and mechanical disengagement.
