Installation Notes

Install the processor in a Modicon M340 rack with internal power supply. A memory card must be installed for the processor to operate; it is not included with this version. Connect CANopen devices using the SUB-D 9 master bus, observing transmission rate limits: 1 Mbit/s up to 20 m, 125 kbit/s up to 500 m, and 20 kbit/s up to 2500 m. Configure independent axis motion control for CANopen drives. Connect Ethernet devices using the 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX port. The USB port supports local programming at 12 Mbit/s. Monitor CAN RUN and CAN ERR LEDs for bus status. Maintain operating temperature between 0 and 60 °C.
