Bently Nevada 330905-00-25-05-01-00 | 3300 XL NSv Proximity Probe, M10x1 thread, without armor. Provides 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) output over a 1.5 mm (60 mils) linear range. Designed for centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors with tight installation requirements. Ideal for small target applications including shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in).

Installation Notes

Mount probe using M10x1 thread. Apply recommended torque of 11.3 N·m (100 in·lb), not exceeding 33.9 N·m (300 in·lb). Set initial gap to 1.0 mm (40 mils). Use 3-conductor shielded triad cable for field wiring (16-24 AWG), max length 305 m. Maintain minimum shaft diameter of 30 mm (1.2 in) for X-Y configuration. Ensure temperature does not drop below -34°C (-30°F) to prevent pressure seal failure.
