The Honeywell FC-IOCHAS-0001R and FS-IOCHAS-0001R provide a 19-inch chassis for up to 9 pairs of redundant IO modules. 

Slot Configuration & Redundancy

  • 21 total slots with 4TE width each, numbered 1 to 21 from left to right
  • Slots 1 to 18 available for IO modules, configured as 9 redundant pairs
  • Odd slots connect to Control Processor 1, even slots connect to Control Processor 2
  • Slot 19 remains unused for spacing requirements
  • Slot 20 and 21 contain IO-0001 modules for system interface
