Installation Guidelines (Field Engineer Notes)

Mounting: Mount on DIN rail or panel using all mounting holes. Ensure proper grounding to chassis ground. IP67 rating requires proper sealing of all cable entries.

Power Connection: Connect 24V DC supply to power terminals. Use 1.5 mm² minimum wire. Verify polarity before energizing. Module draws approximately 15W.

Network Configuration: Set IP address via Web interface or SNMP. Default IP is 192.168.1.100. Use crossover cable for direct PC connection.

MIL-STD-1553: Use shielded twisted pair cable. Terminate bus with 78Ω resistors at both ends. Set terminal mode via software configuration.
