Installation
Switch off power before installation. Mount drive on panel cut out. Secure with M4 (#8-32) screws. Torque to 1.56 1.96 Nm. Connect 3 phase input to R/L1, S/L2, T/L3. Connect motor to U/T1, V/T2, W/T3. Connect RS485 cable to I/O terminals. Ground safety ground to PE terminal. Zero stacking permits side by side mounting without clearance. IP66 NEMA 4X enclosure suitable for washdown environments.
Wiring
Use copper wire only. Power terminals accept 5.3 mm² (10 AWG) max. I/O terminals accept 1.3 mm² (16 AWG) max. Separate control wiring from power wiring by 0.3m minimum. Remove MOV jumper for ungrounded distribution systems. For 4-20mA analog inputs, verify DIP switch settings match signal type.
