Installation
Mount drive upright on flat vertical surface. Flange mount design allows heat sink to extend through panel opening. Use M4 (#8-32) mounting screws. Torque to 1.56 1.96 Nm. Ensure adequate airflow around heat sink. Ambient temperature not to exceed 50°C. Use copper wire only. Power terminals accept 5.3 mm² (10 AWG) max. Separate control wiring from power wiring by 0.3m minimum.
Wiring
Connect 3 phase input to R/L1, S/L2, T/L3. Connect motor to U/T1, V/T2, W/T3. Switch any two motor leads to change direction. Connect safety ground to PE terminal. Use shielded cable for motor leads exceeding 15m. RS485 shield connects to I/O Terminal 19 and ground. Remove MOV jumper for ungrounded distribution systems.
