Installation Notes

Install the double-format module in a TSX Micro or Modicon Premium PLC rack. Connect servo drive control inputs using the HE-10 20-pin connector. Use SUB-D 9 for analog speed reference output and SUB-D 15 connectors for incremental or absolute encoders. For SSI absolute encoders, clock frequency supports up to 200 kHz. Incremental encoder frequency supports 500 kHz (x1) and 1000 kHz (x4 counting). Ensure proper grounding for the 1000 Vrms isolation. The module performs checks for encoder coupling, servo drive presence, emergency stop, and movement execution validity.
