Installation & Field Application Guide

  • Disconnect all power before installation. Wait 5 minutes for DC bus capacitors to discharge.
  • Mount the drive vertically on a flat, non-combustible panel using M4 screws. Maintain 50mm clearance for airflow.
  • Wire input power to terminals L1, L2, L3. Connect motor leads to U, V, W. Torque terminals to 0.8 Nm.
  • Connect RS485 communication (shielded twisted pair) to terminals 1-4. Use 120Ω termination for long runs.
  • Set motor parameters (voltage, current, frequency) via the keypad or software before start-up.
