T8830 is a 40-channel analogue input Field Termination Assembly from ICS Triplex for the Trusted TMR System. Interfaces field devices generating 0-22mA signals with the T8431 Analogue Input Module. Each channel features individual 50mA fusing. Certified for Ord, HazLoc, ATEX, and IECEx.

  • Mounting: DIN rail compatible. Install in Trusted TMR system cabinet. Follow ATEX/IECEx hazardous area requirements.
  • Power Supply: Connect dual 24Vdc feeds to 5-way terminal block PWR TB. Check green LED for supply integrity.
  • Field Wiring: Connect 2-wire field devices to 12-off 3-way terminal blocks and 2-off 2-way terminal blocks.
  • Module Interface: Connect to T8431 via 96-way SK1 socket. SmartSlot SK2 connector used for Version 1 only.
  • Fuse Replacement: Use TR5 50mA fuses. Replace only when channel is de-energized.
